Terms of service.

Appointments - Please ensure you are on time to your appointments. If you're 15 minutes or more late to your appointment it may need to be rescheduled to a later date as we can have back to back clients, this will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations - We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment and ask for your consideration by providing at least 24 hours notice, so another client may be able to benefit from the appointment time. If there is less than 24 hours notice given, this may result in a 50% charge of your booking cost. Please note, if there is more than 24 hours notice given, we can reschedule the appointment.
