These terms cover products bought through this website. Treatments booked with us are covered separately by the policies on our Policies page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email once we accept it. If something turns out to be out of stock or priced incorrectly we will contact you and refund you in full rather than send a substitute.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Products

Skincare behaves differently on different people. We describe each product as accurately as we can and recommend what we believe suits your skin, but nothing here is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, check with your doctor before starting something new.
